2022 ASID - American Society of Interior Designers - 2022 EXCELLENCE IN DESIGN AWARDS

Distinctive Interiors was honored with a 1st Place Excellence in Design in the Transitional Design 3,000SF + category from the American Society of Interior Designer, FL West Coast Chapter on September 9th, 2022.

This 6,100 sf project was a penthouse private residence located within the new Ritz Carlton Residences in downtown Sarasota, Florida. The nearly 3 year project consisted of Distinctive Interiors doing the full design, all construction documentation & drawings as well as providing all of the interior furnishings, products and interior decoration including all lighting, window treatments, wallcovering, area rugs, bedding, accessories and florals.
