Creating or Reviewing your Plans/Drawings. Working with your Architect or Builder on your construction documents to produce a unique, personalized design for your home and providing all of the Interior Design documentation needed including; drawings, schedules, specifications and Color/Finish Sheets. Or if you already have completed drawings/plans, we will do a detailed review to provide suggestions and make sure your plans meet all your needs and requirements.
Selection of all Interior & Exterior Products and Finishes. Visting local Showrooms with you or working with you at your Builder's Design Gallery for all your home building selections. Assisting with all selections including paint, wallcoverings, flooring, wall tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, doors, mirrors, lighting as well as exterior finishes for your exterior color palette including all elevation finishes, roof, outdoor kitchen and pool and decking selections.
Custom Detailing of Interior Feature Walls and Ceilings. Design & Creation of Drawings (Elevations/Sections/Details) for the interior design features of your home including Custom Fireplace Walls, Built-ins, Paneled Walls, Stone Features, Architectural Trim, etc.
Space Planning & Furniture Plans. Creating a Furniture Plan for your home to make sure scale/size, layout and quantity of furnishings & items is correct and appropriate and all your storage needs are met.
Electrical & Reflected Ceilng Plans. Creating Drawings noting electrical and lighting locations for all of your appliances, lighting (chandeliers, wall sconces, vanity lights, special lighting features, etc.) and creating unique & interesting ceiling details and design. Creating all schedules for your Builder & Electricians noting mounting heights & installation information.

Design Presentations. Creation of Design Presentations with finishes, swatches, & fabrics for all Furnishings, Lighting, Window Treatments, Bedding, Artwork, Area Rugs, Accessories & Florals.
Shopping. We visit National Markets in HighPoint NC, Dallas, Atlanta & Las Vegas (in addition to local sources & showrooms in FL) to source and find the best products for your home.
Custom Design. We work with experienced local craftsmen & trades to custom fabricate furnishings & upholstery items for your home if wanted or desired.
Sources. We order products & furnishings directly from manufacturers to provide you with the best pricing and service. We visit factories & showrooms to ensure the products we order of are of the highest quality and construction.
