This beautiful 8,875 Sq Ft residence located in Lakewood Ranch "The Concession" was designed in a coastal, transitional style was published in Home & Design Suncoast Edition, Fall in October 2025.
Home & Design Magazine, Fall 2025 Suncoast Edition featured our Lakewood Ranch project in The Concession development. This new construction 8,875 square foot project was designed and decorated in a coastal, transitional style based around a palette of neutrals accented in soft blues. Distinctive Interiors designed the full residence including; all materials and finish selections, design of all feature walls, ceiling details and all architectural elements. This white glove design project included custom window treatments, furnishings, area rugs, bedding, artwork and full interior styling of accessories and florals.
